1. Returns Due to Quality Issues
This applies to all products.
At yellowplanet.com.cn, we are proud to offer carefully inspected Yellow Planet® products and strive to ensure all sizing information is accurate. Before any package leaves our warehouse, it undergoes a thorough quality check. If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us immediately.
✅ What qualifies as a quality issue?
- Obvious manufacturing defects or craftsmanship flaws
- Incorrect item received (wrong style, color, or size)
- Product damaged due to severely compromised packaging during shipping
📩 How to submit a return request:
- Timeframe: Must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order

2. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons
🐾 Pet Items & Pet-Sharable Products
Includes pet clothing, accessories, and pet home goods.
Due to product nature and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons. Reasons include:
- Hygiene & safety: To prevent cross-contamination
- Product nature: Items may become misshaped after trial use
- International shipping costs: High return logistics costs
- Usage traces: Pet fur, odor, and other signs of use are difficult to remove

👗 Items for Human Use (e.g., apparel & accessories)
We do not support exchanges. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

・Brand new, unworn, and unwashed

・Labels (e.g., neck tags) must be intact
・Product must be in resaleable condition
🕒 Return process:
- Request must be made within 3 days of receiving your item(s)
- Email clientservice@yellowplanet.com.cn before returning
- Once approved, please return the item(s) within 7 days
💸 Return cost responsibility:
For non-quality related returns, the following are non-refundable:
- Original shipping, customs duties, and taxes
- Return shipping, customs duties, and taxes (to be borne by the customer)
3. Return Review & Refund Timeline
Our Customer Support Team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Returns must be sent back to us for inspection before refunds are processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that refund times vary depending on your payment provider.
⚠️ Special Policy Notes
- Items purchased during promotional periods are not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
- We only accept returns for items purchased directly from yellowplanet.com.cn. Items purchased elsewhere are not eligible.
🚫 Return Abuse & Account Review Policy
To maintain a fair shopping environment, we reserve the right to review and manage return activities:
- If we detect a high return rate associated with your account, we may temporarily suspend the account while we investigate further.
- Frequently purchasing multiple sizes or colors of the same product with the intention of returning most may result in order cancellation or further action.
- If such action is taken, we will notify you via email.
