About payment methods
To ensure a smooth and safe checkout experience, we currently support the following payment methods:

You can choose to pay with your PayPal account quickly and securely.

Don’t have a PayPal account? No problem!
You can still pay with your credit or debit card through the PayPal gateway:
- Select PayPal at checkout
- Click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” on the PayPal login page
- Enter your card details and complete your payment – no PayPal account needed

All payments are processed through PayPal’s encrypted and secure payment system. We do not store any credit card information on our site.
Order Process
Shopping on yellowplanet.com.cn is simple and secure. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Choose Your Product
Select the item(s) you'd like to purchase.
Step 2: Add to Cart
・Add your selected item(s) to the shopping cart.
・Note: Stock is not guaranteed at this stage. Availability is confirmed upon order completion.
Step 3: Proceed to Checkout
・When you're ready, click to begin the checkout process.
Step 4: Enter Shipping Information
・If you're a registered member, log in to auto-fill your details.
・To check out as a guest, simply fill in your shipping information and continue.

Step 5: Choose a Delivery Method
・We mainly use YunExpress for international shipping. Depending on your location or product type, we may also use Cainiao CIAO, SF Express, or other logistics providers.
・Note: All orders require a signature upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Step 6: Enter Payment Details
・We accept valid Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
・Payment options may vary by country.
・Enter your discount code or store credit here, if applicable.
・The total may or may not include shipping fees or customs duties, depending on the destination.
・Your payment provider may perform additional security checks. We are not responsible for any delays or failure to deliver due to payment authorization issues.
Step 7: Complete Your Purchase
・Once payment is complete, a confirmation screen will appear.
・Check your email for an order confirmation email with your order details.
Order Confirmation Process
When you place an order, you're submitting a purchase offer based on the listed price and these terms.
How it works:
・Click “Place Order” at the end of the checkout process.
・You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and total amount.
・This is not an official acceptance of your order.
Your order is officially accepted only when we email you a Shipping Confirmation, which means your items have been dispatched.
The time and date listed in that email is the contract acceptance time, even if the email is not received due to technical issues.
We may not accept your order if:
- The item is out of stock
- Your credit card expires within 20 days
- We cannot authorize your payment
- There is a product or pricing error
We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion. If we cannot fulfill your order after confirmation, we will notify you by email and release any reserved funds.
Discount Codes
From time to time, you may receive exclusive discount codes via email or promotional events.
Terms of Use:
・Each code is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
・Expiration dates are specified in the promotion and cannot be extended.
・Codes are valid only on yellowplanet.com.cn and must be used before expiry.
Orders with multiple items:
・The discount is applied proportionally across items.
・If an item is returned, the refund will be calculated after subtracting the discount.
・Discount amounts are not refundable.
Important:
・If a discount code is expired or invalid, it cannot be applied and no replacement will be issued.
・Only one discount code can be used per order.
