1. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our office and warehouse in Hangzhou, China.
yellowplanet.com.cn is the official global site and online store operated by our regional team in Hangzhou. By shipping directly from China, we ensure safe and timely delivery to customers around the world.
2. Shipping Options
We partner with trusted international logistics providers to ensure your package arrives safely and reliably.

- Covers most major countries and regions

○ Additional Carriers:
- Cainiao (CIAO)
- SF Express
Shipping method is selected based on your destination, delivery urgency, and product characteristics.

- Fees vary depending on the destination and package weight

- Prepaid Duties & Taxes — No Extra Charges at Delivery
○ Gift Wrapping & Shipping:
At Yellow Planet, we offer free gift wrapping services tailored to the product to help make your important gifts even more special. Please check the following wrapping details:
- For knitwear: All knitwear will be carefully wrapped in high-quality gift wrapping paper.

For non-knitwear: Non-knitwear will be wrapped in Yellow Planet's original cotton paper bags.
If you would like gift wrapping paper for non-knitwear as well, we can provide it free of charge. Please kindly contact our customer service via chat or email to let us know. - During special seasons like Christmas and New Year, we offer limited-time designs and surprise wrapping options. We will deliver a special wrapping that will delight both the customer and the recipient.
3. Free Shipping Offers
We offer free shipping based on your order total and destination country. Thresholds are approximate in USD (or equivalent in local currency) and may be subject to regular review and change.

4. Shipping Restrictions
Due to customs and courier policies, all orders require a signature upon delivery. We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
Additional country-specific restrictions include:
○ Japan:
- Maximum of 10 items per parcel; larger orders will be split into multiple shipments.
- Full name (not initials) required for recipient.
- Some remote areas may be undeliverable; we will confirm based on your address and postal code.
○ South Korea:
- Limit of 3 units per SKU per parcel; excess quantities will be split into multiple shipments.
- After placing your order, we will request your customs clearance code (P+12 digits) via email.
- The code must match the recipient's name and phone number.
- Please use Korean language for recipient name and address.
- Remote areas may be undeliverable.we will confirm based on your address and postal code.
○ Singapore:
- Some remote areas are undeliverable; we will confirm based on the address and postal code.
○ United States & Canada:
- Remote areas may be undeliverable.we will confirm based on the address and postal code.
- Full recipient name is required (no initials or partial names).
- If multiple packages are being sent to the same recipient, we will stagger shipments by at least 3 days.
○ France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Netherlands:
- We do not ship to any overseas territories or islands.
- Some remote areas may be undeliverable; address and postal code will be verified before dispatch.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
a. Processing Time:
- In-stock items are typically shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- If final confirmation of the product size or specifications is required, the shipment will be made once we receive your confirmation. Therefore, there may be a delay in shipping.
- We will notify you of the details to be confirmed via email, so we kindly ask for your prompt response.
b. Transit Time:
- Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–15 business days, depending on destination and courier conditions.
- However, in certain special situations, delays in shipping may occur, including:

- Weather or natural disasters affecting transportation
- Logistical congestion during peak seasons (e.g., year-end holidays or long weekends)
- We kindly ask for your understanding in advance, as these factors may cause delays in delivery. You can track your shipment and check the delivery status using the tracking number provided.
c. Non-Shipping Days:
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays in China.
d. Customs or Payment Delays:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or failed payments.
- However, we will do our best to minimize such delays.
e. Order Tracking:
- A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
f. Partial Shipments:
- For large or restricted orders, we may split your shipment into multiple packages.
- There may be a delay of up to 3 business days between shipments.
- You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each package.
